Fish Lake Boys Trip

While we were in Utah, Zach, his dad and all the brothers/brothers-in-law went to spend a few days at fish lake. Of course, they did a lot of fishing, they went to Richfield to golf one day, and just hung out. On the last day they were there Zach's uncle Joe and his boy Harrison joined them. They had such a great time I think they might make it an annual tradition.

Sean caught this rainbow trout. Zach says the picture doesn't do it justice and that it was a beautiful fish.

All the men on the trip.

Fish Lake is a beautiful place that holds a lot of memories for the Taylor family. I am so glad they were able to go spend time there. I will admit though, that I was relieved when the dad's got home. The kids and moms missed them.

Summer Trip - Idaho

Our next venture was Idaho. We hadn't been to Zach's hometown since his sister Aubree got married two years ago. We have seen his parents since then, several times, but we wanted to go spend time with them at their house.

Joe swung a bat for the first time while he was there and he loved it!

He also loved playing with the Micro-Machines, Heman, Ninja turtles and all the other action figures.

Grammy was happy we were there.

This is an everyday occurrence at our house. The boys love to wrestle, well, Joe loves it all the time and Will only sometimes.

These boys were so excited to play every morning. It was so fun for both of them.

Joe wearing his hat Papa and Grammy got him that Papa picked out. He also got a Lightning Mcqueen tackle box that he took with him on his first fishing trip ever. He loved it! When he got back, I asked him "What did you catch, Joe?" and he responded "worms." Haha. So it was fun, but not successful regarding the catch :)

I didn't get any pictures of it, but Joe also loved working out in the yard with his Papa. He would help water their awesome garden and watched Papa mow the lawn.

Outnumbered

We're having a baby! Due to arrive sometime around February 7. That was actually Will's exact due date, and he came five days early, so we'll see what happens. Joe is super excited and prays for the baby in mommy's tummy every day. It's very sweet. Will has no idea what is going on yet. But, the kiddos are going to outnumber the parents. We are so excited and grateful.

Summer Trip - Montana

We've been on a trip for the last three weeks, and at least one member of the family was sick at some time the three weeks before that. Zach got the worst of it, I have actually never seen him so sick before. Thankfully, we all got well in time to stick to our traveling plans. So we've got some catching up to do.

Our first stop was Montana. One of the highlights was going to the lake. The boys had so much fun.

These boys could have played in the sand all day.

Cute Lexie bug.

Will didn't really love the water, so he mostly played on the beach. He also took it upon himself to try and through the beach into the water, one handful of sand at a time.

Joe loved the water once he warmed up to it a little more.

The girls played so well with Joe and Will.
Lizzie hanging out with me.

Lexie wanted to read Joe his bedtime stories.

And while we were there Will decided he would finally start to walk! At 17.5 months. Crazy kid. I was worried he wouldn't be walking by the time he started nursery. He was so proud of himself. I think he is finally to the point, three weeks later, that walking is his primary mode of transportation.
