Brothers
One of the things that I hope most for my boys is that they become best friends; that they will always be there for each other for the happy and the hard times.
St George Trip
A few weeks ago we drove to see Justin and Nicole and their family. The drive there was less than desirable, I think we took five stops on a trip that should take four hours, and took us like six, but we were so happy to be there! We got to go to Anna's soccer game, and uncle Justin treated everyone to snow cones. That evening we had played at the ranch, had pitchfork hot dogs, and rode the horse.

| The boys had so much fun playing with their cousins. |
Sunday, Nicole and Justin were super generous and watched our kids (plus two others) so we could go to the Brigham City temple dedication. It was so nice to be able to go with Zach. We ended the trip with a stop and Grammy and Grandpa's. Can I just say I want to be like them. They are an incredible couple. I am so blessed to have married into such a wonderful family.
An awesome weekend.
Eight Month Max
Loves to take showers with mom or dad and let the water run on his tongue
Starting making a silly cheeser smile
Crawls for short distances
Rolls around as a mode of transportation
Experiments with sounds, lots of squealing, "dada's", and "gaga's"
Loves solid food
Loves nursing
Freaked us out with his first fever that at one point hit 105 degrees. Thankfully we got it managed but it was scary. He was miserable.
Loves to be outside
Max Man brings so much joy to our family! He is such a wonderful baby and it is so fun to watch him grow and learn new things.

The Piano Guys
I went with Zach to the Academy of LDS Dentists Conference a couple weeks ago. Jon Schmidt came and play for the spouses at the Conference. It was such a great performance and for the duration of the concert I was wishing that Joe was with me. When Jon Schmidt announced that the Piano Guys were going to be performing at Thanksgiving Point in a few weeks. So, I decided I was going to take Joe.
Last night was the concert, and although it poured and the beginning, and again at the end it was a lot of fun. Joe enjoyed it, he did get antsy a few times but we moved a little closer after the first few songs and I think that helped him be more engaged in the concert.
I think what the Piano Guys are doing it great. Introducing Classical music to a broader audience, and getting people excited about music.

Six Month Stats (Max)
Because I want to remember:
Weight: 22.38 lbs - 97.73 percentile

Head Circumference: 18.25 in - 98.25 percentile
I thought he may have dropped a little on the charts, but I was obviously wrong :)
