Congrats!

Congrats to these two lovebirds who made it official last night. These are just a few of the pics Zach's brother Justin took this pictures, aren't they awesome?

What an exciting time of life! We are thrilled for them and are excited to have Sean as part of the fam. Aubs is the youngest and the only girl of the family, so you know her four big brothers are watching out for her and they've all had the chance to meet him.

Speaking of weddings, I have to confess something because I think it might make me feel a little bit better, but it probably won't. I was de-junking the other day and found around 20 completed thank you cards from our wedding. Whoops! I asked Zach if we should mail them. He said "no". He said no one would remember, or care. I disagreed, I bet people do care, I know I do, but I threw them away anyway. They would have been 2 1/2 years late. So, how late would you mail a thank you card?

Roomie Reunion

Saturday I went to Idaho Falls and met up with some old friends from Freshman year at BYU-Idaho. Zach had to stay home and study, so it was just me and Joseph. It sure was a lot of fun to see everyone. I hadn't seen some of those girls for years!

Roomates from Freshman year: Me, Megan and Tiffanee (Kathryn was the only roomie missing, she's all the way in OK)

Carly and Joseph

Megara and Joe

All the girls from next door

FHE bro, David and Joe

I think Joseph had fun playing with everyone and staying up past bedtime! Thanks Sandy for the pics.

My Daddy is my Favorite Pal...

Joseph loves when Zach gets home from school. I'm pretty sure he gets sick of me and it's a relief to see someone else, especially his Dad. I love watching them interact. I was remembering a couple funny things Zach has said, or cheered I guess, to keep Joseph entertained:

Around Christmas - " 'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse, and all the kings horses and all the kings men, couldn't put Humpty-Dumpty together again"

"one, two, three, four, who do we appreciate?!"

This is totally unrelated, but when Joseph was a newborn he used to pee on us every time we would change his diaper, we would have to cover his little boy parts to shield us from his aim. He has pretty much grown out of that now and we don't have to worry about that anymore, well this morning I was changing is diaper and he aimed right at me and then started laughing... Maybe it's time for me to start worrying again?

On the Move

So I know I just posted saying the Joseph was almost crawling--but now he really is. Sunday evening I was in a meeting at the church letting Joseph play on the floor. Well, he spotted the trash can and it was enough motivation to get those hands and knees moving! His favorite things to crawl and get into at home are mommies plants. He is a pretty mild tempered baby, but I think we might have a little trouble-maker on our hands!
