Six Month Max

Max is six months old!  It has flown by, but at the same time I can hardly remember what life was like for our family before he was born.

Max is a happy baby.
He is quick to smile and loves people.
Two of his favorite people are Joe and Will.  He laughs and smiles at them more than anyone else, and he loves to watch them play.
He is ticklish, especially when he is tired.
He is fascinated by food, he sometimes get a little giddy when he thinks something I am eating is meant for him.  He has had rice cereal a handful of times and is still working on figuring out the swallowing thing.  He loves baby mum-mums.
He got his two bottom teeth days before he turned six months.
He can roll over, but rarely does.
He does not enjoy being on his tummy.
He can sit by himself for a few seconds.
His hair is getting lighter, and thicker.
He has outgrown his infant carseat.

Two Peas in a Pod

Even though Joe misses his friends in Omaha, he loves living close to family.  He and Sarah have become even better friends the last almost two months.  They have so much fun playing together.  The hammock has become a favorite spot to play.

Joe's Birthday

This cute boy is four.  He loves telling people that, and usually points out that he is not three anymore.  We just had a little get together at my parents house with Jer and Ash and the kiddos and one of Joe's friends from Omaha who was in town.

Obviously Babica needs to get some new gift bags, haha

We're so fancy, cupcakes on the cooler.

I can't believe that Joe is four years old.  He is such a sweet boy.  We were filling out a get to know you paper for Joe's primary class, when I asked him what he favorite thing to do was, he said "play with Will"

What could possibly be better than dressing in daddy's t-shirts?  How about layering five of them and then playing light sabers?  I don't think it could have made these boys any happier.

Even the Utes outfit can't keep this little one from being adorable.  How can you resist that sweet smile?
