Daddy's Little Helper

I wish I had pulled out the camera sooner. Joe was laying on the floor like is dad, helping him fix the kitchen sink. While organizing our basement Zach came across a new faucet and decided to install it. What he thought would be a 20 minute fix turned into a four hour project, including two trips to the hardware store. But Joe sure had a blast helping him!
Chessin' it up for the camera

He really likes daddy's tools

Helping daddy

Being a little trouble maker!

What a cutie!

Snow!

Our first snow in Omaha! I guess that's not entirely true, because we had a little snow in October, but it was a fluke. After enjoying a long fall it got so cold last week and it finally snowed last night.
Outside our front window

Out our back door. I wish I could take Joe outside to play, but the poor kiddo threw up yesterday and I don't think he's quite up for it. Zach did let him touch some last night and he ate it. At this moment he is standing at the back door saying, "more."

My Little Helper

Joseph likes to help me do the laundry now

He climbed in all by himself. He is becoming quite the climber, and can climb onto our bed, our kitchen chairs (which are tall because we have a countertop height table), and pretty much anything else he sets his mind to climbing. You can see a lovely bruise on his forehead from his latest tumble. It seems like he doesn't go long without some sort of scrape or bruise!

Halloween

I'm a little slow getting our Halloween pics up (some of which I borrowed, thanks Nikki). I think Joe had a lot of fun.

Thursday Joe got to trick or treat at Daddy's school. Whenever he got to pick a candy out of an assortment he picked a sucker.

The Jack-o-lanterns, Zach's is on the right (I was impressed at his creativity)

Bathtime

I really think every age up to this point has been a lot of fun. Each for different reasons, but let me tell you, Joe is a blast right now. Even on his grumpy/tantrum days (which lucky for us are few) he always has me laughing or smiling at some point in the day. How can you not be happy with this kid around?
Showing off his cute, crooked smile.

Joe has always liked taking a bath, but the other night he was loving it!

I am so lucky to be this kids mom.
