He climbed in all by himself. He is becoming quite the climber, and can climb onto our bed, our kitchen chairs (which are tall because we have a countertop height table), and pretty much anything else he sets his mind to climbing. You can see a lovely bruise on his forehead from his latest tumble. It seems like he doesn't go long without some sort of scrape or bruise!

Bathtime
I really think every age up to this point has been a lot of fun. Each for different reasons, but let me tell you, Joe is a blast right now. Even on his grumpy/tantrum days (which lucky for us are few) he always has me laughing or smiling at some point in the day. How can you not be happy with this kid around?
Joe has always liked taking a bath, but the other night he was loving it!
I am so lucky to be this kids mom.

Grandparents!
We were fortunate to have my parents come visit us a couple weeks ago. They used to live the same place we live now, and my dad also attended Creighton for Dental school. It was fun to show them around and see how things had changed, or not changed. Mostly though, it was fun to just spend time with them. Joseph loved hanging out with them and had very little interest in me or Zach while they were here.
Joseph loved the snow. I don't think he really remembers it from last year. The snow was a little of a surprise, we didn't have gloves or boots for him. He trudged through the snow anyway and picked it up with his bare hands.
SO happy to be with Grandpa!
Thanks Mom and Dad for everything! We had so much fun while you were here!

Fall Fun
Zach's fall break started on Tuesday, so we decided to go do something fun. We went to Vala's, a nearby pumpkin patch. It was so cold, but a lot of fun. We didn't even get the stroller out of the car. Joe just led the way, and he loved it.
Feeding the goats
It takes a lot of concentration. Which usually requires him to stick out his bottom jaw.
At the storybook barn in Cinderella's pumpkin
Bo Peep was a big hit. Joe did try to steal her stick.
Joe loves the slide
And he loved driving the tractor
You can see his cute crooked smile in this pic pretty well. He is finally getting his other central, and lateral incisor. Poor kid has had a crazy runny nose and has been drooling everywhere!
Showing us where he wants to go next
On the hay rack ride with Daddy
We are excited for more fall fun when Babica and Grandpa Tidwell come to visit this weekend!
